I was asked if a player with 50 innings pitched or 130 AB exactly is minor league eligible or major league eligible. They are on all of the prospect lists and the official MLB rules state that they must exceed 50 IP or 130 IP so we will follow the real MLB rule which is the intention of the league and players with 150 IP or 130 AB exactly will be minor league eligible in our league as well.

i posted on the message board a couple of days ago that anyone right at 130 AB or 50 IP would be considered minor league eligible. It was pointed out that both Alex Reyes and Tyler O'Neill are right at this limit. Just to confirm they are both available in the minor league draft. I want to be sure we are all clear that they are minor league eligible.
It was also noticed that they are for some reason listed as TC contracts on the master player list. I am removing them from the league site but please also remove them from your excel copy if you have that saved. They are both minor league eligible.
Sorry for any confusion
